Budgeting note

For some weird reason, organizations will work in tandem to fund specific events and equipment purchases. We do not do this in any circumstance. Our equipment is accessible to all organizations regardless of its historical owner organization. Normally SLSA ensures that all technical equipment comes into our possession so we can perform proper maintenance on it. We allow organizations to reserve equipment, and we do not charge for its usage, hence this should pose no issues to organizations that stay on top of their equipment needs. While we will assist organizations with renting equipment, we will not budget to rent equipment for other organizations. We will also acquire technical inventory of other organizations which is not being used / only being used once or twice a year. This centralization ensures that all technical equipment can be accessed by all organizations when they need it.
